Return Policy

At Kanhaji Masale, our goal is to make your cooking experience a delight by offering only the best quality of fresh, unadulterated masalas. To ensure the freshness of our masalas, we make fresh batches on a weekly basis under keen observation. The quality of our products is maintained by the founder himself who personally examines the raw materials to be used. To maintain the freshness and safety of our offerings, we have implemented the following return policy:

Non-Refundable Products: All spice products and whole spices are non-refundable.

Refundable Timeline: non-refundable

Exchange Policy

Exchange is only possible in case of a manufacturing defect seen upon receipt and before the use of the product. In case of a defect in any element of the product, please contact us immediately at kmkanhajimasale@gmail.com (within 2 days of receipt) with details and proof mentioning the damage. We will try to resolve your issue at the earliest.

An exchange can only be made with another product of the same cost. If you would like to exchange it for a product that has a higher value than the one being exchanged, the difference in cost needs to be paid.

To be eligible, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item to us. However, we will cover the shipping costs to send out a new product to you in exchange. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
